1. Acceptance of Terms By using the facilities and services provided by Third Row Coworking ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Membership 2.1 Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals over the age of 18. Members must complete the registration process, including providing accurate information. 2.2 Membership Types: We offer various membership plans, including but not limited to day passes, part-time, and full-time memberships. Details and benefits of each plan are available on our website. 2.3 Payment: Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan chosen. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
3. Use of Space
3.1 Access: Members have access to the coworking space during the hours specified in their membership plan. Additional access may be provided upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
3.2 Respect for Others: Members must respect the privacy and workspace of others. Harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
3.3 Cleanliness: Members are responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins, and communal areas should be kept clean.
3.4 Damage: Members will be held responsible for any damage to property caused by negligence or improper use of facilities.
4. Internet Usage
4.1 Wi-Fi Access: Members will be provided with access to our Wi-Fi network. Misuse of this service, including illegal activities, is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Security: While we take measures to secure the network, we cannot guarantee complete security. Members should take appropriate precautions to protect their devices and data.
5. Booking of Facilities
5.1 Meeting Rooms: Members may book meeting rooms through our online booking system. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
5.2 Events: Members wishing to use the space for events must seek prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
6. Privacy and Data Security
6.1 Personal Data: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this processing.
6.2 CCTV: For security purposes, we may operate CCTV in communal areas. Footage will be handled in compliance with relevant privacy laws.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by Member: Members may cancel their membership by providing 30 days' written notice. Membership fees will not be prorated for partial months, and any remaining balance for the notice period will be due.
7.2 Termination by Third Row Coworking: We reserve the right to terminate a membership with 30 days' notice. However, if a Member breaches these Terms of Service or engages in behavior that is harmful or disruptive to others, we may terminate the membership immediately without notice.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability: Third Row Coworking is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Members are advised to secure their belongings at all times.
8.2 Indemnity: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Third Row Coworking, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the coworking space.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or a notice posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in New South Wales.
